Given the sun is shining and the festival / holiday season is upon us, it seems like a good time to talk about fans.  I'm not referring to those familiar electric hand held, propeller-driven gadgets, or for that matter, the followers/ devotees of bands / famous people.  Oh no... I am talking about those deliciously pretty, old fashioned, Chinese fans.  WE know this look is not for everyone, but some of you beautiful, glamorous folk out there should seriously consider this forgotton accessory.  Just like those intriguing ladies who carry parasoles  when its sunny,  you can not help but notice a lady using a fan to cool herself, it just smacks of lovely kooky mysterious cool.  Not only does this cheap little accessory throw you at top speed into muse status, the fan (and parasole) also have a purpose- to keep you cool, its a win win situation folks.

YOU COULD ALWAYS STICK THEM IN YOUR HAIR!!

Check out our fans for sale in our festival collection online shop.

Well... its been a VERY busy week, and I am feeling totally pooped!  Our range of 1970's and 1960's waistcoats have completely sold out, no doubt one or two of them will pop up in photographs, on some cool cats at Glastonbury! We have a couple more on the way, so if you missed out, keep your eyes on our ebay page.  1960s dresses seem to be popular on the website at the moment, which is blooming brilliant, if not a little surprising, given the current 90s trend!!  I will always have a place in my heart (and wardrobe) for vintage 60s and 70s dresses. They are the perfect summer staple,  an instant passport to effortless cool - never seem to date, and are just sooooo wearable. I thought I would post a few pictures of peachy 1960s folk in cute dresses for inspiration!!

Have a lovely week peeps!
